Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed and is preparing for shipment.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times

Transit Time (United States): 7–12 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Blackthorn Market is not responsible for delays or damages.

- Orders $0.01 – $60.00: $4.99 shipping
- Orders $60.01 – $149.99: $7.99 shipping
- Orders $150.00 and above: Free shipping
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link in your email or by using our order tracking page.

Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete, please check the packing slip first — some items may ship separately.
If something is still missing, contact us at support@blackthornmarket.com with your order number and a brief description of the missing item.
We’ll review your order and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
