Order are processed in 1-3 business days and you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times vary by product, however, orders arrive within 8–15 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

8. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item’s weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select order amounts.

Our current shipping rates are as follows:

  • Orders $0.01 – $60.00: $4.99 shipping
  • Orders $60.01 – $149.99: $7.99 shipping
  • Orders $150.00 and above: Free shipping

10. My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.

  • Merino Wool: Hand wash or dry clean only. Lay flat to dry.
  • Cashmere: Dry clean or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid wringing.
  • Linen: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry.

For lamps, levitating displays, or incense holders, use a soft, dry cloth to clean. Avoid harsh chemicals or water exposure on electrical components.
