Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted. You need to provide both your receipt and proof of purchase for the return process.
Return Window
You need to initiate your return request within 14 days after delivery of your order. Requests for returns that occur after this time period will receive no response.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return process you need to send an email to support@blackthornmarket.com with your order details and explanation for returning the item.
The return process will not accept any items that were sent back without obtaining prior authorization.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to provide a valid tracking number or proof that the return is in progress. If no tracking information or progress update is received within this timeframe, the return request will be automatically canceled, and eligibility for a return or refund will no longer apply.
Each customer order allows only one return request. The return process becomes unavailable when you fail to ship your return package within the specified time frame or when the 14-day return period ends.

Damages and Issues
You need to check your delivery for any damage or defects within 48 hours after receiving your order. You need to contact us right away when you discover any of the following issues with your order:
The product shows damage or it has defects.
You received an incorrect product instead of what you ordered.
Your order contains missing items.
You need to send us photos of the issue along with your order number so we can solve your problem.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items fall under non-returnable categories:
Custom products that require special manufacturing and personalized items and gift cards and final-sale items and personal-care products and hazardous materials.
If you are unsure about return eligibility for your item please contact us before starting the return process.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items undergo thorough inspection at our facility. We maintain the right to deny returns and reduce refund amounts when items show evidence of wear or damage or missing packaging elements.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain a new product involves returning your current item. After your return gets approved and processed you should place a new order for the item you want to purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item for a difference size, color, or style, please email support@blackthornmarket.com with your order details and request
- exchanges are subject to product availability
- items must meet the same return conditions as above (unworn, unused, original packaging)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping but we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process once your request is approved.
Refunds
We will contact you after receiving your returned item for inspection to inform you about your refund status.
Your refund will be sent to the payment method which you used for the purchase.
Your bank or card issuer needs at least 10 business days to process your refund.
